Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website pandgsolar.com or engaging P&G Solar for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

P&G Solar provides solar energy solutions including but not limited to:

• Residential rooftop solar panel installation
• Commercial and industrial solar systems
• Solar water heaters and related equipment
• Net metering and government subsidy assistance
• Solar system maintenance and annual service contracts

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or work order signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by P&G Solar are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on equipment availability, government policy changes, and site-specific requirements discovered during survey.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before ordering equipment
• Balance payment is due upon completion of installation
• Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque
• GST invoice will be provided for all transactions

Warranty & Guarantees

P&G Solar provides the following standard warranties:

• Solar panels: Subject to manufacturer warranty (typically 25 years performance, 10 years product)
• Inverter: Subject to manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years)
• Installation workmanship: 1 year from date of commissioning

Warranties are void in case of damage caused by natural disasters, tampering, or installation by unauthorised parties.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
